Tim has over 38 years of experience practicing law throughout Kentucky and Indiana. He represents both national and State financial institutions in residential real estate matters including foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, collections, title clearance and closing, loss mitigation, and litigation. Tim and his wife, Debbie, reside in Owensboro, Kentucky. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, is an avid golfer, and deeply involved in supporting homeless and transitional missions locally and internationally.

Chip is licensed and has practiced law throughout Kentucky and Indiana since 2002. Chip and his wife, Ashley, reside in Owensboro, KY, with their two children. In his free time, Chip enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball and golf, and following all University of Kentucky athletics. Chip presently serves as Chairman of the Leadership Board for the Northwest Kentucky region of Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).
Mary Ellen Hayden

After graduating from WKU with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Mary Ellen started working in the real estate title industry in 2013. Her experience with residential real estate and real estate closings throughout the state of Kentucky helps Commonwealth Title's customer service and efficiency in title work. In her spare time, Mary Ellen likes to spend time with family, explore the outdoors, stay active, and keep her musical talents sharp by playing fiddle and piano. Mary Ellen is incredibly involved in the community, playing a part in the following organizations: Courtyard Chair for Friday After 5, Kiwanis Club, Chamber of Young Professionals, Greater Owensboro Board of Realtors, Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Junior League of Owensboro, & volunteer work with the Michelle P. Waiver Program at GRADD (Green River Area Development District).
